ATEK555 Block Diagram

ATEK555 is a wideband power amplifier delivering 10 W saturated output power across 2-18 GHz frequency range with 28 V supply. 2x4 mm compact size and internally matched input, output to 50 ohms allows user to easily integrate the amplifier into modules. Amplifier operates from a single Vdd supply and Vgg bias for Idd control. By adjusting Vgg voltage level users can easily change class of operation for the amplifier. Evaluation Board, custom package, and module options are available upon request.
